Sophie & Daniel, The Swan Hotel, Newby Bridge, Lake District
Something I get asked a lot is ‘what if it rains on our wedding day’ It’s not a subject people really like to touch on, however it is a reality for any wedding in the UK, my advice is firstly to not worry about it too much, you’ll have a fantastic day with friends and family around you whatever happens and secondly, there is usually gaps in the rain to get things done and failing that lets grab the brollies and go have some fun in the puddles!
Sophie & Daniel got married at The Swan, Newby Bridge and true to form, the Lake District rained! Sophie and Daniel didn’t want it to affect their day at all and that’s just what they did, we kept a beady eye on the weather and took every opportunity we could to get back outside to get the wedding photos they wanted! Just because it’s raining doesn’t mean you won’t have a great day!
